Migraine logging, kindly

A log you can do
during an attack.

SereneHead is a migraine companion for episodic sufferers. Sign in once, log lightly during an attack, keep a privately synced journal, and bring your neurologist a real PDF. No streaks, no ads, no guilt.

Built for episodic attacks · 1–14 per month

01 · Voice that works during an attack

Speak freely.
We'll structure it.

Tap once. Talk for up to a minute about what's happening. SereneHead sends the recording through its authenticated backend, turns it into a reviewable structured entry, and saves both the fields and transcript to your journal.

The launch version uses Google Gemini for extraction. You review every field before saving, and the transcript stays attached to the entry so you can see exactly what the app heard.

Three entry paths, one journal

Log the way that fits
the moment you're in.

01

Voice

Tap, talk, review. The fastest path when the headache won't let you read a form. Sixty-second cap, authenticated processing, full edit pass before it lands.

02

Quick log

One tap, one entry. No interrogation. Come back later from Journal or Insights to add detail if you want to.

03

Type

The manual path, trimmed to what matters. Same entry model, same report surfaces, same synced journal. Skip what does not help.

02 · Active-attack handling

When you're in one,
the app gets out of the way.

Open SereneHead while an attack is active and the screen shifts. The status card warms, your duration ticks up gently, and your only two options are "Add detail" or "Mark ended." No menus, no quizzes, no streaks.

Optional, off-by-default reminders nudge at 2h, 12h, and 24h — opening straight into the active entry, not a wall of UI.

03 · Doctor-ready PDF

Show up to your
neurologist with proof.

Pick a range. Tap Generate. You'll get a calmly-typeset PDF with attack counts, severity over time, medication efficacy, treatment changes, and the triggers and symptoms you've actually been logging.

Free for 14- and 30-day windows. Pro unlocks 90 days, 1 year, all-time, and custom ranges.

What SereneHead optimizes for

A narrower product, on purpose.

SereneHead is intentionally built around the episodic attack workflow: log quickly, review calmly, track patterns, and show up to a visit with cleaner records.

What you get SereneHead Typical tracker
Logging during an attack Voice, quick log, or type Usually form-first
Data posture Signed-in private sync Varies widely
Tone No streaks, no guilt Habit framing is common
Doctor prep Built-in PDF + AI Summary Often one or the other
Weather framing Pressure context, not predictions Often framed as alerts
Notifications Off by default Often on or heavily prompted

Narrow on purpose. SereneHead is optimized for episodic attacks, not every shape of migraine tracking.

Posture, not a policy

Respectful by default.

The hard rules. Things we won't add later. Read the full privacy policy when you want the exact legal details.

  • On-device first, private sync when signed in. Entries are stored on your device and synced to your private account in the launch build so your journal stays consistent across devices.
  • No ads. Ever. Not on launch, not after. We don't sell ad space and we don't sell your data.
  • Explicit backend processing. Voice logging and AI Summary send only the data needed to Supabase and Google Gemini. That processing is there because the feature needs it, not because the business model does.
  • No notifications by default. The only optional reminders are 2h/12h/24h active-attack nudges and a 9 AM pressure summary. Both ship off and stay off until you choose.
  • No streaks, counters, or urgency. You're allowed to miss a day. Or a month. The app won't notice and won't comment.
